Coaching Philosophy:

Coaching Philosophy based on the principal of "TEAM." Yes, "Together Everyone does Achieve More". In addition to this well-known acronym, TEAM can be used to remind anyone some steps to help achieve success on or off the field. The Team must have Tenacity, a never give up attitude with a stubborn desire to achieve success. The tEam must have Enthusiasm and be having fun. Without the fun, the game becomes only hard work. Every individual on the teAm must have the Ability or Aptitude which is achieved by skill development and physical conditioning through practice and hard work. Finally, the teaM must have Mental preparedness which requires each individual to be Mentally focused and alert with a positive attitude, strong self-concept, and a competitive spirit with good sportsmanship. Soccer is a sport which requires cooperative play with split second decision making in pressure situations. These four principles of TEAM (Tenacity, Enthusiasm, Ability and Mental preparedness) will benefit the player on the field as well as the many challenges that life offers each individual in everyday living.
